Your foal’s young and dynamically developing body requires a special diet. Young, fast-developing horses have a very high demand, above all for protein and energy.

Protein is a component of body tissue, muscles. After digestion, it provides essential amino acids, which are the building blocks of the body’s tissues. Its level in the diet must be in sufficient quantity, to meet the living needs of the horse. It is important that the young horse receives good quality and easily digestible protein.

The living energy is necessary to power the processes taking place in the body, maintain the body temperature and intensify growth. Short-chain fats are a concentrated source of energy that is well digested by horses. By providing them with the right dose of high-quality fats in their diet, we can reduce the amount of feed consumed, thus ensuring their energy needs. This is important for horses with poor appetite and poor feed consumption.

Fast-growing young horses are prone to diseases and weakened immunity, which may be related to an inappropriate diet. Therefore, it is important that young horses develop at an optimal speed, which can be achieved by choosing the right food and providing the necessary dose of all ingredients.

Minerals, vitamins, and amino acids guarantee proper bone growth, a rapid increase in muscle mass, to strengthen tendons and joints, stimulate the immune system, and strengthen immunity. They also have an invaluable influence on the proper shaping of a young horse’s psyche.

EQUIVIT YOUNG is a concentrated product intended for young foals from 6 months of age and horses growing up to 3-4 years of age.

It contains, in addition to vitamins, micro-macro elements, amino acids, approx 20% of proteins, easily digestible proteins – dried milk whey, WPC proteins and the addition of HP 300 soy protein. 7-8% lubrication with cold pressed oils – linseed and coconut, which ensures the optimal level of energy needed for the development of a growing young horse at the level of 14-15MJ.

Coconut oil is an excellent energy and dietary supplement, as it contributes to better absorption of feed proteins, and thus to its better to use in smaller amounts.

The main carrier of the product is dried milk whey, rich in simple proteins – lactalbumin and natural amino acid lysine – an essential growth amino acid, very desirable in every body as a building material for muscles and lactose as a source of living energy, necessary for many metabolic changes in the body.

Dried milk whey contains in its composition such valuable ingredients as: macronutrients: calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium. microelements: iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, vitamins: vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B9 (folates)

Carotenoids (antioxidents) retinol and beta-carotene, endogenous amino acids: alanine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine exogenous amino acids: phenylalanine, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methion, tryptophan, threonine, valine, arginine, cysteine, glycine, proline, tyrosine.

Whey proteins of approx 10% in whey, belong to the proteins with the highest nutritional value (high content of essential amino acids), thanks to which they are easily digested and absorbed in the digestive tract. The most important proteins are β-lactoglobulin (40-55%), α-lactoglobulin (11-20%), immunoglobulins (8-11%), bovine serum albumin (4-12%), lactoferrin (1%) and lactoperoxidase (1%), which makes a significant contribution to the body’s immune system. The calcium compounds contained in the product are in organic and inorganic form, which ensures their proper absorption.

The level of simple milk proteins is supplemented by the addition of HP 300 soy protein and WPC proteins, which together give a level of 20%, and in the daily dose of 100 g per horse, it is excellent to supplement protein and energy deficiencies in the breeder’s own feed.

Calcium compounds contained in the product are in an organic and inorganic form, which ensures their proper absorption and bone structure.

The vitamin composition with amino acids protects the living and developmental needs of a young, growing horse.

The probiotic bacteria contained in the product, especially lactic acid bacteria, stabilize the digestive flora of the digestive tract.

Dosage in the amount of 50-100 g makes our product economically available to every horse owner.
